Trek on the Rail from Pattipola to Ohiya

Built during the height of the Plantation boom in Sri Lanka, the Railway Lines are said to be some of the most scenic in the world. The railway lines are also significant, as for the building of which the first ever debentures were issued. Trek from the highest Rail Station in Sri Lanka (Patti Pola ) to Ohiya hiking through luscious tea plantations and sheer cliff hangs and through oil covered railway tunnels. This route is seldom used and provides some of the best vistas of the Mountains. You will be dropped off at the Pattipola station and they would trek to Ohiya station and you would be taking the train back.
