After breakfast leave for Nuwara Eliya Near Wellawaya visit Buduruvagala to see the tallest rock-cut Buddha Statue (51 feet in height) and 6 other Statues. Stop at the Ella Rest House to see one of the most beautiful scenery and to enjoy a good cup of tea. Nuwar Eliya/Kandy/via via Ramboda and Gampola. On the way see Ramboda Falls (329 feet high) and visit a Tea Factory to see the processing of Tea. In Kandy commence a brief city tour with a visit to The Temple of Sacred Tooth Relic. Evening witness a Sri Lankan cultural show. Kandy/ Visit Gadaladeniya/ Lankathilaka Buddhist temples /Embekke Devalaya to see 14 th Century Temples. After breakfast visit St Paul’s Church and the Audience Hall of the Kings of Kandy where the agreement to cede Sri Lanka to the British was signed in 1815. Visit the British War Veterans Cemetery at Getembe and the Garrison’s Cemetery of British soldiers behind the Temple of the Tooth Relic.
